Built in a studio, not a boardroom.

ViiTing comes out of a working radio station. Every feature in it exists because someone needed it on a live shift, at an hour when nobody was around to fix things.

Most playout software falls into one of two camps. Either it's free and expects you to set up a database server before it will start, or it costs several hundred dollars and is built for stations with an engineer on staff.

ViiTing sits between the two. It installs like any other Windows program, you point it at your music folders, and it's ready to go. The rules that matter to a station — how often a jingle plays, which genres go out when, that a commercial never repeats while another waits — are set in plain panels instead of scripts.

Where it's going

Multi-zone playout and phone remote control are part of the current release. Coming next are deeper reporting for stations that file play reports, and more languages so operators outside English-speaking countries can use it properly.
